    What size ring do I wear?

    If you wish to find out what size ring suits you best, you can follow the instructions below:

    1) Take a piece of paper or a ribbon, and wrap it around the base of the finger you want to wear the ring on.

    2) Use a pen to mark the point where the two ends meet.

    3) Concluding, measure the paper or the ribbon with a ruler (in millimeters) and using the help of the table (+++) select the closest measurement to the size of your ring.

    Is there a gift packaging option, if requested?

    Yes, we provide gift packaging at no extra cost, for all orders declared as gifts.

    How do you choose the stones for your jewels?

    The jewelry stones used by EL OW for its designs are selected by the designer and her team, which consists of GIA (Gemological Institute of America) gemology graduates.

    What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping for Greece is free. To see shipping charges for countries in Europe, outside Europe and third countries, please see the table below. Purchases over 200 euros enjoy delivery without shipping costs.

    Can I return or change a piece of jewelry?

    Yes, of course, changes and returns can be made as long as no more than 14 days have passed from the date of delivery. Also, if for any reason you wish to return or change the jewelry you have purchased, it must not be worn, and it should be returned in the condition in which it was delivered (box – packaging) to the following address: EL OW, SEKERI 5 10674 ATHENS, GREECE. The shipping cost of returns is covered by the sender.

    What if I wish to cancel my order?

    If we have not sent your order and you have not received an email confirming your purchase, you can send us an email at pd@el-ow.com and cancel it in a timely manner.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your purchase is approved and sent by us here at EL OW headquarters, you will receive an email with the tracking code of your order, given to us by the courier companies we work with (ACS, DHL).

    What if something happens and I need to repair my EL OW jewel?

    All EL OW jewelry is handmade and undergoes rigorous testing before it reaches your hands. If a problem occurs please let us know at pd@el-ow.com by sending us a photo of the jewel (if possible) and we will contact you in order to resolve the issue.

    How do I take care of my jewelry?

    When a piece of jewelry is not worn, we recommended it be stored in its case or box. It is not recommended to allow jewelry to be in contact with bleach, household cleaners, hard surfaces or to be worn during intense activities. Finally, we recommend professional cleaning, once a year.

    Do you ship to p.o boxes?

    No, our jewelry cannot be sent to p.o boxes. If we are asked to do so, we will contact you with the request to enter a new mailing address. Keep in mind that such changes cause delays in delivery.
